Table of Contents:
1. Instalation
2. Usage

1. Instalation
After extracting the contents of the iGmod archive into whatever folder you want to keep iGmod in, run the install script. This will copy some important system files to your system32 folder, and try to register them with your computer. Press yes and ok when acceptable. If everything works out, you should get the configuration screen. Read the license, press "I Agree", then press the "Lets see the next step" button.

Pick your directory for iGuidance with the browse tool. Once iGuidance has been found, 2 new options (Patch iGuidance and Patch Audio) will be avaliable. Select patch iGuidance to attempt to make an updated copy of iGuidance based off of your exsisting iGuidance executable, which is designed for beter visual integration with iGmod. As of this writing, the patch currently only works with iGuidance versions 2.1, 2.1.1, and 2.1.2 north america.

iGuidance without patch:

iGuidance with patch:

Also, patch the audio if you wish. Increasing the volume of the iGuidance directions audio allows you to hear the directions over the sound of music playing on your system, and iGuidance will even lower the music volume porportionally if you turn down the volume in iGuidance (or iGmod).

On the frontend / skin selection screen, pick your frontend. Read the note on the frontend, and read all notes on integrating iGmod into your appropraite frontend. It is especially important to note that the frontend should look for window name "--iGmod Reloaded--" for its gps external window name; simply "iGmod" will not work.

For Road Runner users, you must press the edit skin button (shown as edit cfx to enable iGmod above) or the iGuidance buttons on your skin will not function properly.

Also press "set these settings", then continue to the next tab (or press continue with this skin) to continue...

Special notes on this screen:
(To be completed)

Once you have selected which options you like, press Save Changes, and then exit the program.

Feel free to start iGmod now! If everything went well, you should see something like this:

2. Usage

This is the basic interface. All it has is Zoom In, Zoom Out, Toggle 2D/3D view, Menu, and Custom commands. The red dot near your car icon is your actuall reported GPS position before iGuidance snaps your "car" onto the road.

Special notes:
- You can press the speed indicator to force it to change trip indicators (Estimated time of arrival, distance remaining, ect)
- If the GPS info is visible (press menu, options, toggle gps info to show/hide) you can press and hold on the globe for 1 second to show the extended gps info (satalites, altitude, coordinates, ect):

Pressing the custom button reveals more commands.
Speed Alert - Toggle the built in speed alert notification on/off. While on, iGuidance will beep at you when you are over the speed limit.
North - Toggle map view facing north or the direction your car is facing.
Next turn - Shows what the next turn looks like. Also allows you to access the route list button.
Go To Home - Sets destination to the first item on your favorites list. The OSK's in most skins should have an option to set home, but if they don't simply add a blank space before the name home when saving a favorite.
Go To Gas - Sets destination for the nearest gas station.
Toggle Zoom - Skin specific option that hides most of the buttons on the map so you can see more of the map.
Resume Route - If no route set, sets your most recent destination, if a route is set, sets previous destination (for example, if you took a detour to a gas station)

More to come! Everything is pretty much self explanitory past here anyway.
